Certified Learning and Achievement Specialist (CLAS)

About the role

The Santa Ana Unified School District is seeking a Certified Learning and Achievement Specialist (CLAS) to support student learning and achievement for the 2026‑2027 school year. The specialist will work within the district’s schools to help improve academic outcomes and ensure compliance with state standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement strategies that enhance student learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement data.
• Participate in district‑wide initiatives aimed at raising graduation rates.

Required profile

• Valid California teaching credential (detailed copy required).
• EL Authorization or eligibility, if applicable.
• Ability to submit an online Ed‑Join application, resume, and supporting documents.
• Willingness to provide a passcode via email to initiate the application process.
