Certified Home Health Aide – Flexible 4‑12hr Shifts

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides to provide in‑home care to clients across Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Putnam counties. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing, rehabilitative care, and personal support so clients can remain safely at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration) and medication assistance.
• Offer nail care, nail trimming, and other personal hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• At least one year of verifiable home health aide experience.
• Certified Home Health Aide in the state of New York.
• Pass all state requirements, including a criminal background check.
• Team‑oriented attitude and alignment with BAYADA’s values.
