About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate in‑home care to clients in the Dover, NJ area. The position offers flexible shifts—including day, evening, overnight, and weekends—to fit your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and support range‑of‑motion or exercise routines.
Required profile
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide (Homemaker) license in good standing.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- Ability to follow care plans and provide personal care safely.
- Basic communication skills in English or Spanish.
