About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in Franklin Township. The position offers consistent weekend afternoon hours with flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support the client’s safety, comfort, and mobility in the home.
• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor changes in condition.
• Communicate professionally with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams.
• Create a positive, respectful, and supportive care environment.

Required profile

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification.
• Availability to work one or both weekend days from 12 PM to 5 PM.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent care.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
• Experience with personal care and transfers, or willingness to learn.
