Certified Caregiver / Home Health Aide

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in the Greater Phoenix area.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and assist with range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and companion care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience or an active CNA/LNA certification.
• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
