Central Zone Practice Leader, Marsh Health and Benefits

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced, results-driven leader to join its Marsh Health and Benefits US team as Central Zone Practice Leader at partner level. You will lead and inspire a large team to execute the zone's strategy and deliver revenue and profitability goals. The role reports to the Marsh Health and Benefits US Leader, with a dotted-line relationship to the Central Zone Leader, and may be based in any Central Zone office on a hybrid schedule of at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and develop key client relationships and top talent as one of four Zone Practice Leaders.
• Deliver the Zone's long-term business strategy and engage Health & Benefits and Office Leaders through clear, consistent communication.
• Manage the P&L and deliver revenue growth and profitability.
• Grow practice revenue through sales growth, cross-practice collaboration and stronger external relationships.
• Deepen existing client relationships and build new ones with local growth teams.
• Build a high-performance culture, lead change and develop successors.
• Champion the adoption of AI and technology-enabled tools to improve client outcomes and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing costs and driving sales and revenue growth.
• Health and Benefits consulting experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Track record of bringing innovative approaches to business needs.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $212,000 to $318,000, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors.
• Performance-based incentives may be eligible.
