CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Driver – Home Daily

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL‑A Class drivers for linehaul routes operating out of Arlington, WA. You will pull van or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations while returning home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers on scheduled linehaul routes.
• Transport freight safely between R+L service centers and designated turn‑points.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Complete pre‑trip inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition eligibility).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and punctual.

• Safe operation of large commercial trucks and trailers.
