CDL A Team Truck Drivers – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL A Team Truck Drivers for full-time positions that move trailers between service centers and turn-point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5-day on-road schedule with two days home each week and may have dedicated runs.

Key responsibilities

• Transport trailers between designated service centers and turn-point locations.
• Operate all equipment safely and comply with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable combined driving experience in the past three years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition criteria).
• Pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and be dependable.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience.
