About the role

Join a dedicated semi‑local floater team based in Stockton, CA, earning an average of $80,000 per year. Work Monday through Friday with weekends off, covering routes across California, Nevada, and Utah while supporting multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple accounts as a semi‑local floater, primarily assisting other dedicated accounts.
• Deliver flatbed freight to customer sites throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley, securing loads with straps and chains.
• Operate dry‑van and pup trailers for retail deliveries in CA, NV, and UT, including live unloading, drop‑and‑hook, and no‑touch deliveries.
• Break down doubles when required and keep assigned automatic sleeper trucks at the account during time off.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months verifiable truck‑driving experience.
• Clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• No SAP drivers; doubles and hazmat endorsements required at scheduling.
• TWIC card obtainable within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to secure flatbed loads using straps and chains.
• Willingness to assist other accounts and handle various trailer types.
