Catering Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Catering & Events to lead and scale the private events business across three expanding markets. This pure sales role focuses on driving revenue, building relationships, and securing high‑value events while an internal operations team handles execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive catering and private events revenue across all locations (FL + KY markets).
• Proactively source, develop, and close new business through outbound sales efforts.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution.
• Develop strategic partnerships with event planners, luxury vendors, and community influencers.
• Create and refine pricing strategies, packages, and sales collateral.
• Forecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in catering sales, event sales, or private dining sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business through outbound efforts.
• Strong existing book of business or Rolodex in weddings, corporate events, or social events.
• Experience selling high‑end events ($20K–$100K+).
• Background in restaurant, lifestyle hospitality, or boutique hotel environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a program from the ground up.
