Customer Experience Specialist - Part Time

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a part-time Customer Experience Specialist at its DFW Rental Car Center at DFW International Airport. You will be the face of first-class service for Avis First customers, delivering a premium, personalized experience from doorstep delivery to airport arrival and collection. The role suits people who enjoy a fast-paced service environment and value attention to detail and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the front-line specialist for Avis First customers, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from delivery to collection
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers and coordinate timely delivery and collection with team members and management
• Confirm logistics, special requests and meeting locations with premium customers by phone, text, email and app
• Greet customers warmly, open vehicle doors, assist with luggage and give an overview of the rental vehicle

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or car rental
• Valid driver's license; must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to sit, stand, walk, enter and exit vehicles and drive them in all weather
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Regular on-site presence required; the position cannot be done remotely
