Case Room Operator – Dairy (Deerfield Beach, FL)

About the role

Publix is seeking a reliable Case Room Operator to support the dairy case‑room in Deerfield Beach. You will work on the production floor, handling cases, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supply cases to the filling operation and operate depalletizing and case‑washing equipment.
• Operate a forklift to unload trailers and move pallets.
• Clean floors, walls, drains, conveyors, and equipment using sanitation chemicals, floor scrubbers, foaming stations, hoses, brushes and mops.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist with training new associates as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and able to lift 40+ lb repeatedly.
• Capable of following detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Works efficiently with little supervision and demonstrates strong safety habits.
• Willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Good teamwork and basic math skills.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (license required).
• Operation of riding and walk‑behind floor scrubbers.
• Use of depalletizing and case‑washing equipment.
• Handling of sanitation chemicals and cleaning tools.
