Case Manager – School & Office Based

About the role

Join Catalyst Counseling as a Case Manager working both in school and office settings. You will provide culturally competent support to youth and families, ensuring services are tailored to each client’s strengths and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of appropriate services and support systems for each client.
• Deliver culturally competent services and maintain professional objectivity.
• Make recommendations, referrals, and complete required documentation in line with certification standards.
• Assist clients and families in achieving goals, planning and conducting individual, family, or group interventions.
• Provide crisis response using behavior modification and de‑escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with family members and community partners during treatment planning.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
