About the role
Join Catalyst Counseling’s dynamic team as a Play Therapist Program Supervisor/Coordinator, supporting therapists in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of play therapists.
- Conduct play therapy trainings and manage CEU status with A4PT.
- Approve and deliver play therapy CEU trainings.
- Coach play therapists between formal supervision meetings.
Required profile
- Independent licensure with Supervisory Endorsement (LPCC‑S, LISW‑S, IMFT‑S).
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (preferred).
- Experience working as a play therapist.
