About the role
Reframe Systems is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join its factory team in Billerica. You will help produce high‑quality modular housing components in a fast‑paced, automated micro‑factory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry tasks such as framing, sheathing, and installing walls, floors, and ceilings.
- Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details in modules.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.
- Use hand and power tools with precision, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of carpentry experience, including framing and finish work.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, and work overhead for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Use of measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
