About the role
Reframe Systems is seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher to join its factory team in Billerica. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality drywall components for modular housing, ensuring smooth, market‑ready surfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Apply joint compound, tape seams, and finish corners using appropriate techniques for each coat.
- Sand surfaces between coats and conduct final inspections to meet quality standards.
- Identify and repair imperfections in drywall panels before mudding.
- Maintain tools, manage compound consistency, and keep the work area clean.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of drywall finishing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, work overhead, and handle finishing materials.
Required skills
- Drywall finishing techniques (taping, mudding, sanding).
- Use of taping knives, mud pans, sanders, and corner tools.
- Mixing and managing joint compound consistency.
