About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, reliable support to patients in Odessa, MO, Lees Summit, MO and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform range of motion exercises, oral feeding, and vital sign checks.
- Help with medication assistance and home management tasks.
Required profile
- Open to DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA positions.
- Available for part‑time, PRN/fill‑in hours with potential to increase.
