Career Technical Training Analyst (Washington, DC)

About the role

Safal Partners is seeking a Career Technical Training (CTT) Analyst to support a federal workforce development contract in Washington, DC. The analyst will focus on designing and delivering CTT and Career Technical Education (CTE) resources, building partnerships, and creating high‑quality training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training materials, templates, tools, and documentation for CTT/CTE initiatives.
• Prepare meeting assets such as agendas, talking points, notes, and follow‑up actions.
• Plan and facilitate virtual meetings, webinars, and stakeholder sessions.
• Draft sections of presentations, reports, toolkits, and resource guides.
• Support creation of client‑facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Edit, format, and perform quality control on deliverables.
• Maintain internal processes, templates, and knowledge‑management activities.
• Manage high‑volume communications for data collection, monitor inboxes, and provide updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience in structured program support.
• Experience in consulting, research, education, workforce development, or related fields.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
• U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project‑management tools.
