About the role

Monarch Communities (Brandywine Senior Living) is hiring a Care Manager, also called a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), for its facility in Summit, New Jersey. This is a per diem position with a 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. schedule, paid $19.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities

Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Watch for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities

Required profile

A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people
High school diploma or equivalent
Current certification as a CNA
Availability for at least 4 shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift each month
