Cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison

About the role

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Cardiometabolic Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its Medical Affairs team. This field‑based position will focus on building scientific relationships with cardiologists, endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to advance the company’s RNAi‑based therapeutics in the cardiometabolic space.

Key responsibilities

• Engage cardiology and endocrinology stakeholders to educate on clinical evidence and RNAi technology.
• Present data on hypertriglyceridemia, familial chylomicronemia syndrome, and hypercholesterolemia.
• Synthesize and relay scientific insights to internal teams.
• Attend and present at scientific congresses and meetings.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries in compliance with MSL standards.
• Support company‑sponsored clinical trials through investigator site engagement.
• Assist with speaker training and ensure up‑to‑date disease knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison in cardiometabolic therapeutics.
• Strong understanding of RNA interference (RNAi) mechanisms.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific data to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
