About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform plant maintenance, defoliation, pruning, and up‑potting throughout the growth cycle.
• Assist with plant takedown, hand‑trimming, weighing, and reporting harvest batches.
• Pull, weigh, and package inventory, manage METRC data entry, and maintain a compliant, organized vault.
• Follow strict biosecurity protocols, maintain sterile work areas, and handle waste disposal safely.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, hardworking, and passionate about the cannabis industry.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Experience with METRC or similar state compliance tracking systems.
• Knowledge of plant cultivation and trimming techniques.
• Ability to accurately weigh, package, and label products.
