Campus Visits and Orientation Coordinator

About the role

The Campus Visits and Orientation Coordinator supports enrollment and retention goals by welcoming new students and their families, managing orientation programs, and overseeing the campus Welcome Center.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute orientation programs for first‑year, transfer, and international students.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student orientation leaders and campus ambassadors.
• Manage logistics for orientation events, campus tours, and recruitment/open‑house events, including scheduling, venue setup, and technology needs.
• Serve as primary contact for students, families, and visitors, providing information via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Maintain promotional materials, visitor resources, and accurate records of attendance and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• At least two years of experience in student programming, admissions, recruitment, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM and event‑management systems.
• Ability to operate standard office and event‑technology equipment.
