Campus Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Campus Talent Acquisition Manager will lead UNIQLO’s efforts to attract and select top graduates for its Management Candidate Program and Internship Program. Reporting to the Director of HR & Talent Acquisition, this role combines strategic university partnership development with hands‑on recruiting execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a talent pipeline of new graduates for the UNIQLO Management Candidate Program.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with universities, academic leaders, and career centers.
• Design and implement campus recruiting strategies that enhance UNIQLO’s brand at regional and national schools.
• Lead a high‑performing UMC team, setting performance expectations and development plans.
• Collaborate with Store Directors and HR Area Managers to define hiring goals aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate campus events such as presentations, career fairs, on‑site interviews, and networking receptions.
• Oversee the summer intern program, including performance evaluations, event planning, staffing, and budgeting.
• Track, update, and analyze recruiting data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Manage the recruitment budget for on‑campus activities and ensure cost‑effective decisions.
• Drive social‑media recruiting initiatives and support orientation of new manager trainees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in university or campus recruiting, preferably for management or internship programs.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with academic stakeholders and ability to influence long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret recruiting metrics and market data.
• Budget management experience and a track record of delivering cost‑controlled recruiting campaigns.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for campus events and internal collaboration.
