Call Center Sales Representative – Hybrid

About the role

Join AT&T as a Call Center Sales Representative working in a hybrid model. You will be the front‑line voice of a global communications leader, engaging customers daily to provide service, identify sales opportunities, and deliver customized solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and close sales to meet monthly targets and commission goals.
• Resolve service, billing, payment, and collection issues accurately.
• Explain product features and bills clearly, and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty through effective issue resolution.
• Support a variety of inquiries, including technical issues, while working a flexible 40‑hour schedule that may include nights, weekends, and overtime.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows computers.

• Basic troubleshooting skills for common technical issues.
