About the role
A customer is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative to work remotely, based in Austin, Texas. The position pays between USD 25 and 65 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone, email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and keep accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Take part in training and development initiatives as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
