Calibration Engineer – Engine Management Systems (2WP)

About the role

As a Calibration Engineer you will join Bosch's North American team responsible for Engine Management Systems (EMS) in the two‑wheeler and powersports segment. You will work directly with customers and Bosch system engineers to define and achieve engine performance targets while complying with emission regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand and document engine function requirements.
• Act as the primary technical contact for calibration‑related queries.
• Modify calibration labels in Bosch Engine Control software to meet defined performance criteria.
• Utilize Bosch development and measurement tools such as ETAS INCA and ASCMO for calibration development and validation.
• Ensure calibrated solutions satisfy power, torque, fuel efficiency, and emission standards.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in engine control or automotive calibration.
• Experience working with customers to translate performance goals into software parameters.
• Ability to interpret emission regulations and integrate them into calibration strategies.
