CAD Engineers Team Lead

About the role

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a CAD Engineers Team Lead to oversee interior glass partition and glass production projects across the United States. The role is fully remote but follows NY (EST) working hours and operates under a B2B contract.

Key responsibilities

• Daily review of active projects in ClickUp, distribute workloads, monitor task execution and track strict deadlines.
• Control drawing quality, check project documentation and ensure compliance before final delivery.
• Mentor project engineers on complex or non‑standard projects, lead daily/weekly team syncs and participate in node development.
• Customize and maintain workspaces in Slack and ClickUp, build internal document templates and update working groups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.

Required profile

• Higher technical education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3+ years experience as a project engineer with a proven record of delivering complex engineering projects.
• Fluent English (B2+) and Russian/Ukrainian (C1+).
• Experience with task‑management and time‑tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently, make firm technical decisions and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
• Proficient in SolidWorks 3D or similar CAD software.
• Experience with ClickUp for project management.
• Experience with Slack for team collaboration.
