Business Value Advisor

About the role

The Business Value Advisor will drive growth for Managed IT Services by building and nurturing relationships with key accounts. Reporting to the Customer Success Director, you will align our services with customers' strategic objectives and ensure long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key account relationships, focusing on expanding service offerings and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct regular in‑person meetings to identify growth opportunities and develop technology plans.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, qualifying leads from internal teams to generate additional revenue.
• Anticipate and assess customer needs based on industry trends and historical activity.
• Facilitate digital transformation initiatives and ensure seamless integration of services.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system for strategic planning.
• Oversee risk management to retain and grow the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Technical Services Consultants to improve service quality and recommend enhancements.
• Complete all administrative tasks according to company standards.
