Business Systems Analyst

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will lead the gathering of business and functional requirements to develop programs and initiatives that improve Greystar's operations, communications, and workflow efficiencies. This role focuses on property management software integrations and product implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Test and pilot new product integration requests, managing approved/denied status and documentation.
• Partner with Customer Success to track technology trends and customer requests.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and present goals, roadmaps, and metrics for Property Management Software.
• Own tasks related to implementation or enhancement of Property Management Software, including design, testing, and transition.
• Develop communication templates and presentations, and prioritize integration projects.

Required profile

• Experience with Yardi and other property management software (RealPage, Entrata).
• Project management certification preferred; familiarity with Asana.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management tools.
• Ability to lead data gathering, document workflows, and communicate with senior leaders.
