About the role

Revolut’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Business Recruiter to ensure candidates enjoy a top‑notch experience throughout the hiring process. You will design and execute hiring strategies that attract world‑class talent to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit exceptional A‑players for Revolut’s fast‑growing teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine interview processes to improve assessment quality and candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, promote Revolut as an employer of choice, and drive the offer and closing stages.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment lifecycle and implement modern sourcing methods.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new domains.
• Excellent organisational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruitment analytics tools.
