About the role

CIYIS is looking for an experienced Business / Process Engineer to drive Digital Engineering transformation, modernize engineering processes, develop business architecture, and support operational improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Analyze current-state business and engineering processes and develop future-state models.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and gather business, operational, and technical requirements.
Create process flows, use cases, and business architecture artifacts.
Identify business value, success metrics, and performance indicators.
Support process reengineering, organizational transformation, pilot programs, and user‑adoption strategies.
Develop documentation for modernization initiatives and assist with roadmap planning and capability assessments.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of business process analysis or process engineering experience.
Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements and facilitate workshops.
Strong communication and documentation skills with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt)
CBAP, PMI‑PBA, SAFe Agilist, BPM certification
Experience with product development, engineering change management, manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, maintenance processes
Familiarity with Digital Engineering, MBSE environments, Windchill, SAP, ARIS, Signavio, Visio, Jira, Confluence
