Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

The Business Intelligence Analyst transforms complex data into actionable insights that support client‑facing strategic decision‑making and operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate analytics, maintains analytical tools, and drives data‑driven improvements across client and internal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the program management office to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
• Develop and deliver complex ad‑hoc reports to meet client requests.
• Utilise Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa) for reporting and data analysis.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to provide insights, recommendations, and conclusions that influence business decisions.
• Design and enhance client‑facing Power BI dashboards with API integrations.
• Maintain Microsoft Power Pages to ensure current, accurate client content.
• Automate production reports and related workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Create rate cards for new clients and conduct market‑rate analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business intelligence, data analysis or market research.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Power BI and SQL for data visualisation and querying.
• Familiarity with data‑warehouse technologies, data‑modeling concepts and working with diverse data sources and APIs.
• Preferred: at least 2 years experience with relational and multidimensional database schemas, including complex queries.
