Business Development Representative - New Home Builder

About the role

Arise Homes is a fast-growing new home builder and developer based in the Kansas City metro area. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for many buyers, managing leads, qualifying prospects and setting the stage for the New Home Sales Consultants to close. The role is customer-facing, fast-paced and offers real growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads with urgency and professionalism
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for the New Home Sales Consultant
• Manage structured follow-up on all leads from first contact through consultation
• Staff the model home during open hours and represent Arise Homes professionally inside and outside the office
• Partner with the sales team to keep the pipeline moving and help meet team goals

Required profile

• People-oriented, organized and detail-oriented, able to handle shifting priorities in a fast pace
• Coachable and eager to learn; previous sales, customer service or related experience is a plus
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including occasional evenings, is required
