Seasonal Sales Associate - Oak Park Mall

About the role

BoxLunch is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Oak Park Mall store. The role suits people who love pop culture and want to provide great customer service and help customers get the merchandise they love. You will share your product knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store so it looks appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a great shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showing product knowledge and customer service skills
• Cover the sales floor and keep assigned areas up to visual standards
• Work the register, processing sales and driving add-on sales through options such as BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixtures and merchandising mix
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of merchandise
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Carry out any other activities assigned by the Store Leader

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
