Business Development Representative

About the role

Join BILL’s fast‑growing fintech sales team to qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and generate new opportunities for the Direct Sales channel. You will work closely with Account Executives and the Business Development Manager to drive revenue and expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage outbound and marketing‑sourced leads to schedule high‑quality demos and discovery calls.
• Make 80+ outbound calls daily while managing prospects across multiple sales stages via calls, emails, texts, and social outreach.
• Collaborate with the team in daily huddles to align goals, share wins, and continuously improve processes.
• Track and meet weekly and monthly KPIs such as call volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced.

Required profile

• Comfortable handling both outbound and inbound leads in a high‑volume environment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and strong communicator, especially when navigating objections.
• Self‑motivated learner eager to master BILL’s product suite and value proposition.
