Business Development Representative

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer audiences across mobile, web, and gaming. As a Business Development Representative you will directly contribute to the company’s growth by setting demo calls with highly qualified prospective new customers. Your day will blend qualifying inbound leads, executing outbound campaigns to target accounts, and handing off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound leads in your territory within a clearly defined SLA.
• Exceed daily outbound activity targets (calls, emails, social touches) to book meetings with target accounts.
• Qualify leads to verify fit for Sensor Tower’s enterprise product.
• Book and seamlessly hand off demo appointments to the paired Account Executives.
• Continuously prospect for new accounts that are a good fit for Sensor Tower.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and your AE partners.
• Become an expert and speak in‑depth on all Sensor Tower mobile intelligence products.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of work experience (sales experience a plus).
• Willingness to work in the New York City office three days per week.
• Passion for and knowledge of the mobile space and app economy.
• Sincere interest in building a career in sales.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, detail‑oriented.
• Hunger to grow, learn, and be a true team player.
• Ability to thrive in a quickly‑changing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

What we offer

• Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
• Quarterly bonus based on qualified leads and deals closed.
