Business Development Representative

About the role

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our client’s team in Oceanside. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence, generating new leads, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand the network and increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Experience with relationship‑management (RM) software or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
