Business Development Representative

About the role

Intentsify is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to help spread awareness of its cutting‑edge buyer‑intent intelligence platform. You will be the first point of contact with prospective enterprise customers, introducing them to our solutions and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling within an assigned region.
• Communicate Intentsify’s value proposition clearly over phone and email.
• Research and identify leads using web, social media, internal databases, and external tools.
• Document all interactions and prospecting activity in the CRM.
• Ensure qualified leads meet quality standards and hand them off to Account Executives for follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the team to build pipelines, set monthly goals, and exceed quota.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 months of inside‑sales or cold‑calling experience (preferred).
• High energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to grow in a sales career.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
