Business Development Representative (BDC) - Albany, CA

About the role

Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned and operated automotive group with more than 50 locations across the United States, is hiring an experienced Business Development Representative in Albany, California. The rep handles incoming sales and service inquiries, works closely with the Sales and Service departments and helps generate sales through friendly, helpful customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and coordinate all incoming sales inquiries, showroom floor requests, service requests and internet queries
• Manage sales and service appointment queries by phone or internet: schedule appointments, confirm pending ones, follow up on missed ones
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets, and confirm special order parts
• Follow up on phone and internet sales leads
• Handle required paperwork and records and prepare documentation when needed
• Provide administrative assistance as needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
• Pleasant, courteous personality and helpful attitude
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

• Computer and internet skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
