Business Development Manager – Warehousing & Logistics

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment services across North America. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized supply‑chain solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Charger’s warehouse and fulfillment offerings.
• Generate new business across contract logistics, value‑added warehousing, distribution, and materials management.
• Prospect and nurture accounts through cold calls, presentations, lead follow‑up, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, including proposals, forecasts, and account plans.
• Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs to deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and pricing teams to create competitive pricing and execution plans.
• Engage decision‑makers to support capital equipment and intralogistics purchasing decisions.
• Provide post‑sale account management focused on long‑term client satisfaction and growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or fulfillment.
• Proven business‑development track record from cold calling to closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning and strategic account management.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from front‑line contacts to senior executives.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Experience in transportation or logistics is strongly preferred.
• A college or university degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
