Account Manager - 3PL

About the role

The Account Manager – Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) will be the primary point of contact for strategic customers, driving satisfaction, retention and revenue growth. You will partner closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver operational excellence and identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic 3PL accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders at operational, commercial and leadership levels.
• Monitor account performance, revenue trends and customer satisfaction to spot risks and growth opportunities.
• Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reviews, outlining performance, insights and action plans.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization, influencing internal resources to meet commitments.
• Maintain accurate account plans, activity logs and pipeline visibility in Salesforce and other systems.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of supply chain and transportation networks.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
