Business Development Manager

About the role

ServiceMaster Elite is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand its commercial cleaning services across the Baton Rouge metro area. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast‑growing franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, research, and cold calls.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision‑makers, present solutions, and negotiate service agreements.
• Scope projects, prepare estimates, and maintain accounts with regular customer service and quality checks.
• Track activities and pipeline in HubSpot CRM and forecast monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Required profile

• 1+ year of outside sales experience (entry‑level candidates with strong drive considered).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Base salary $40,000–$50,000 with uncapped commission and OTE $70,000–$90,000.
