About the role
Real Chemistry is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its U.S. growth team. The role focuses on cultivating new leads, strengthening business development processes, and supporting the agency’s expansion across healthcare communications and marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations in partnership with strategy, creative, media, data, and medical teams.
- Lead the initial vetting of inbound opportunities, assessing fit against strategic priorities, capabilities, and resources.
- Manage and submit RFIs, collaborating with agency experts to develop differentiated responses.
- Oversee business development opportunities throughout the full lifecycle within the Salesforce platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Partner with senior agency leadership to implement business development strategies and drive growth.
