Sales Relief Representative

About the role

As a Sales Relief Representative you will help grow Anheuser‑Busch’s market share by promoting our portfolio of iconic beer and spirits brands at retail locations. You’ll work directly with stores to increase product visibility, distribution and sales while gathering market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price and manage shelf space.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and expand shelf space for Anheuser‑Busch products.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
• Participate in new product launch events and profile tastings.
• Make daily inventory decisions using sales history and reports.
• Attend sales meetings to discuss issues, competitive activities and opportunities.
• Represent Anheuser‑Busch at promotions and company events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Strong selling, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, pull/push merchandise and hang displays.
• At least one year of selling experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the beer/alcohol beverage industry is a plus.
