About the role

The global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to partner closely with attorneys and drive business development initiatives. This role will support the firm’s growth by managing pitches, events, and client research while enhancing the firm’s market reputation.

Key responsibilities

Support attorneys with pitch strategy, RFP management, and event coordination.
Conduct client research and manage directory submissions.
Expand the firm’s profile and reputation within the legal industry.
Provide mentorship, training, and direct support to team members.
Identify new business opportunities, including cross‑selling to existing clients.

Required profile

Minimum five years of relevant experience within a law firm.
Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and project management abilities.
Self‑starter attitude capable of handling high‑visibility assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player with strong leadership qualities.
