Business Development Manager – Fintech & Crypto Partnerships

About the role

Coinflow is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnership initiatives across fintech, banking, and crypto ecosystems. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help expand our global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals with fintech firms, traditional banks, and crypto institutions.
• Develop partner‑enabled sales strategies that bridge traditional finance and Web3, creating innovative payment solutions.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline, including prospecting, deal structuring, and revenue optimization.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build go‑to‑market plans that accelerate deal closure.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales or partnership roles, preferably in payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven ability to build and maintain commercial relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new business.
