Business Analysis Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join the GBSC Billing Services Projects team. The role provides enterprise‑wide support for centralized billing, translating business and customer needs into billing configurations that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define and implement billing configurations.
• Ensure development objectives are met, conduct user testing, and communicate changes to customers.
• Implement billing changes accurately and on time, handling related communications.
• Analyze billing support tickets and provide issue resolution; be on‑call 24 hours during critical periods.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in systems architecture/design and managing complex, multi‑stream projects across geographies.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, user‑story creation, and building relationships with business partners.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement solutions.
