About the role

Reliable Robotics is developing safety‑enhancing technology for aviation. As a Build Software Engineer you will own the systems that enable fast, reliable building, testing, and deployment of the entire flight software suite.

Key responsibilities

Design and shape build and continuous integration pipelines for C++ and Rust products on‑premise and in the cloud.
Lead optimization of build infrastructure to ensure fast, repeatable builds across environments.
Collaborate with engineering and IT stakeholders to improve developer experience.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in large‑scale or mission‑critical environments implementing CI/CD methodologies.
5+ years of professional C++ development.

Required skills

Modern C++ build systems (CMake, Bazel, Ninja).
Release automation and configuration management tools.
Performance optimization on Linux and AWS, container scaling, cost reduction.
Experience with artifact management (e.g., Sonatype Nexus).
Professional experience with Rust (1+ year).
