Budtender – Retail Cannabis Specialist

About the role

PharmaCann is seeking enthusiastic Budtenders to deliver a world‑class customer experience in our cannabis dispensaries across multiple states. You will guide patients and adult‑use customers through product selections, ensuring compliance and a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI targets.
• Provide accurate product information and educate customers on cannabis use, laws, and regulations.
• Process transactions using PharmaCann’s Point of Sale system with high attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Capture customer data, build loyalty, and support repeat business through strong networking.
• Assist with additional duties such as inventory, call‑center support, visual merchandising, and delivery handling.

Required profile

• Passionate about cannabis education and customer service.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and follow compliance guidelines.
