Brand Partnerships Manager – CPG, Global Business Solutions

About the role

The Global Business Solutions team at TikTok drives advertising innovation for the world’s largest brands. As a Brand Partnerships Manager you will own revenue targets, build strategic relationships with enterprise CPG accounts, and guide clients to achieve measurable business results on TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze account performance data to deliver data‑driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
• Maintain close communication with clients and internal stakeholders to align strategies and foster trust.
• Develop and sustain C‑level relationships with regional executives of global brands.
• Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative, long‑term approach with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue units to meet organizational KPIs.
• Lead account planning, aligning brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth, educate clients, and navigate complex relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C‑level executives.
• Experience with digital media channels such as Digital TV, CTV, OTT, and social media.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to leverage industry proof points.

Required skills

• Familiarity with self‑serve ad platforms, auction and biddable digital advertising buying.
• Knowledge of 1P and 3P measurement capabilities (e.g., BLS, SLS, Nielsen, Samba).
• Ability to create compelling data‑driven presentations.
